Cant install? "Unable to locate package insightcae-ce

Please how to fix this? i've done the instruction multiple time but seem wont work either

Dear Fajar,

the name of the installation package has changed from "insightcae-ce" to just "insightcae".

Just try:
sudo apt install insightcae
