isofCaseBuilder in Windows?

Hello,

I have successfully installed and operated the Workbench tool in Windows.  It's great and very helpful.  Is the isofCaseBuilder available via the Windows install?   All I have is Workbench, isCAD, and Results Viewer.

 I've also tried to run it from Ubuntu in WSL but I get the same qt plugin error that others have experienced probably because I don't have an X Server running, but it sounds like that approach is not favorable anyway.
