Hibernation/suspend to disk support in RZ/G1E starter kit.

Hi Anil/Pradeep,

I am trying to add hibernation support in renesas R1/G1E starter kit.

1. I followed steps given in http://elinux.org/RZ-G/Boards/SK-RZG1E for running yocto on RZ/G1E for kernel 3.10.

2. On top of this applied patch https://lists.linaro.org/pipermail/linaro-kernel/2014-March/012112.html on kernel to enable hibernation support. 

With this changes I am able to create hibernation image on external sdcard swap partition.

While resume board hangs in copy_page call after looping for 13287 iterations.  {Reference on 3.18 kernel: http://androidxref.com/kernel_3.18/xref/arch/arm/kernel/hibernate.c#87}

Can you please guide me on possible cause for this.

The log doesn't seem to have anything interesting to debug the issue. Try enabling hacking options like "oops on hang" in your kernel, to trace where is it hanging.

Hi Anil,

Thanks for the reply.

PFA resume logs after enabling kernel hacking options.

From logs it looks like it hangs in sh_pm_runtime_late_init  call. Please let me know your views on this.

Assuming there are no further log, that seems to be the culprit. Dive into it & check out.
