Hope Allah (SWT) has kept you all okay and praying for the welfare of deen. Allah (SWT) has kindly allowed me to come into Tablig from 1965. Since then Allah (SWT) has kept me in the service of Tablig and allowed me to visit 20/25 countries in both males and masturat Jamat. Now a retired Chief Engineer of Government of Bangladesh, I have visited Nizamuddin about 20 times (Alhamdulillah). Myself being helpless seeking to Allah (SWT) for his kindness, I inform you regarding Wasiful Islam of Kakrail, Dhaka. I could have spoken to you regarding Wasif on many occasions in the past but I always have remained silent. But now finding no other alternative, I have to inform you:

1) I had done business with Wasif when he did not repay many brothers' debt (witness Nasim Sahab, Eunus Sahab & Sheik Nur Muhammad Sahab, Shura, Bangladesh; Hafizur Rahman, Retired Deputy Governor, Bangladesh Central Bank)

2) I have recently spoken with a Jeddah brother who informed me that he had handed over 2 Lakh Riyals to Wasif for the service of Kakrail. But the Kakrail Account have not recieved anything.

3) Wasif's wife has been collecting money from hundreds of ladies for Kakrail by which he purchases people of kakrail to work on his behalf.

4) If any one gives any opinion which does not satisfy him (Wasif), he tends to take action against him. Such as, no amaal would be given to him and other punishment are given to that person.

5) Regarding putting Harun to police custody, I have 5/7 witnesses that Wasif and his agents were directly involved.

6) Regarding sending police to house of Siraj of Dhanmondi when an Arab (Egypt) Masturat Jamat was in his house (police was informed that a terrorist group has come) son of Wasif is involved since 2 months before Siraj had left Wasif's house after 14 years of close intimacy.

I visited USA with a masturat Jamat in 1979 with Haji Abdul Mukit Sahab and Wasif Sahab. So, I have hundreds of evidences regardung Wasif Sahab's activities. As a result, Haji Abdul Mukit Sahab had stopped Masturat Taleem of Wasif's house. After the death of Haji Abdul Mukit Sahab, Wasif Sahab started the weekly Taleem in his house without mashowara.

Kindly make dua for us and take any possible action as your kindness dim fit. My earnest request to you not to send this letter back to Kakrail to avoid further enmity.

I have counted 8 blatant lies in that letter . Apparently M Saad SB did not take any cognizance of dear waliul Islam's lies and bohthan. I can say many things about him but want to abide by the Hadis " he who will hide the faults of his brother,,,,,,"

You are right in most places there is no Amir. In Bangladesh we have ahle shura 14 members amongst them, 7 are Faisal , that is Faisal is rotated every week.
Every saathi should be joined to their masjid
Jamat. Every masjid Jamat should be joined
To their Halqa every Halqa should be joined to zilla and every zilla should be joined to Kakrail and kakrail is joined to Nizamuddin.

If any person or group says we don't obey kakrail
We obey Nizamuddin direct, then this is deviant view from what Nizamuddin is saying.
So very humbly I like to submit with all of kakrails faults and shortcomings we must follow kakrails mashwarra., unless stopped by Nizamuddin . If not ,we are not following Nizamuddin .

Jazakallah for your kind reply about tabligi system.
I have asked my elder brother who spent 4 month in tablig n engaged tablig as well about the present tabligi situation , answered that every markaz are facing this problem due to duniadar persons are giving lead in this mehnot especially after death 3rd Hazrat  Enamul hasan (ra) . He suggested me to do save  iman n amal we should spend more time mosjidwar mehnot in masjid.
I have made niyat for 4 month in this year pls make dua .....
