Few Qestions to Wasif Bahia and to all as a layman

Dear Hazrat Wasif bhai and all

I am getting all the emails and updating myself. I have some common questions. Please give me the feedback on these questions

1. From different email and from the reply of Wasif bhai (SayedWasif ID, if he is the real owner of this email, then its good) i understand that , even he agreed that he wrote articles in newspaper and people partially quoted the article. So it is proved that he wrote articles in newspaper. My concern is not that what he wrote. Rather i have a question, as they are our elders, how he gets time to write these articles? What he doing in setting in Kakrail? Is this the fikir for Ummah? Is this the way he should spending time after getting big position in Kakrail? What we will learn from such kind of elders? Is it the way to spend time and do effrot? Is it the perspective we get from the bayanat from Moulan saad an others? Did not he several several times talked about the internet and media to avoid? It is so shame and we are so unfortunate that we have such kind of people in the sura of kakrail.

2. From the reply of Hazrat Wasif bhai, he agreed that some of the link/post/ or so, what ever is from him (most probably naat) and not the rest, which he claiming fabricated. Again i have no concern which is from him and not from him. I am just concern why he need to have Youtube user account? What the general people/ muballeg learn from him? This is very unfortunate and unexpected from such positioned person.

3. All we listening very good bayan from him and people like him. Bayan of sahaba, and simple life. but he is using iPhone 5, the latest one (as reply is coming from iPhone 5). Why he need the latest phone? Any lower version will not serve the purpose? I am not saying it is sin, but what we will learn from such kind of elder?

At the end, all what he doing or may be doing is his, All what I am doing all mine. I am just surprised that elders could have this kind of profile and  exposure, nothing else.

Asalamu alikum

JazakAllah for your interest . I think Umar (ra) used to say ,he is a friend of mine who points out my mistakes/faults. So I consider you my friend.

As for the points you have raised let me try and answer:

1. Actually I have been writing since childhood. I also write poetry. But of course since I got into tabligh it has reduced a lot. In the last two years maybe I have written 3/4 articles and 2 poems . But as some people are trying to portray me a one with political agenda. This is not true. My writing is inspirational ,meaning when some events disturbs me I end up writing something specially these events effects the common man. But lately I am thinking, if and when I write it will be anonymous.

2. You tube account : this was created way back say 15/20 years ago. Specially to share things of Islamic interest with my friends/relatives who are not so much into Islam. These days I have no use for it and have deleted it specially since some friendly hackers are doing tajjasus and fabricating things.

3. About my Iphone, true I could use a simpler version but a very dear friend gave it as a gift and I did not have the heart to refuse.

Lastly ,I wholly agree with you that I do not have the qualities to be shura of Bangladesh . May I request you dear brother to help me with your prayers for which I will be ever grateful .  May I humbly suggest,  there is   saying a bad poet does not make poetry bad. So please go on doing the work. And don't join any fringe Jamat but be with the mainstream.

Assalamu alaikum Wasif Bhai

Just few things arose i my mind after reading your response to the questions which i asked to you. These are as follows

Concern regarding the Answer of question 1

As you mentioned that you used to write articles and poem from childhood, that fine. I used to write articles and poem as well. In this line i have certificate as well from my college life. But when I involved in tabligue, after listening bayanats from elders, elders like you and so on i stopped writing and stop exposing myself to this kind of profile. I not saying it is haram. But tabligue does not go with it. If you valid this by saying that it is for the interest of general public, that you can do. But is there any of our elder do this or comment on current issues, even islamic which have short term benefit for the ummah as well. do you thing they dont have the capability to do so? they have lot better capability to write/ comment on such kind of latest issues. but they are not doing for greater benefit. Now come to the main point, if you not able to control yourself then why you hold this high position among the ummah? When elder offer this position to you why you did not deny by evaluating yourself that i am not upto that mark for this position? That would be better for entire ummah. There are several examples in islamic history who deny to take the responsibility or hold the position when they found that they may not be able to full fill the responsibility.

Concern regarding the Answer of question 2

You can valid with logic form your self regarding the you tube account. May be what you are saying is right or not, only Allah knows. But i have few concern as i am using internet from long time. you said that could be hacking or so on, I assume that you use and was using the internet from your personal computer or iphone. I assume you not went to cyber cafe, right? in that case it is very unlikely that other people will get access to your account. if other people will not have the access to your account at least once then it is very hard to hack the account unless people try for it desperately. At this stage I am trying to convince myself but looks very hard to convince.

Concern regarding the Answer of question 3

You said that the iphone is gift from your friend, that fine. But the concern is that as you holding the position of elder in kakrail, dont you think that you should filtrate out  when you accept hadia? Is not that lot of people will offer you hadia as because of your position? I have listen several time from Moulana sad sab regarding the hadia, not to accept this while any body holding such position among the ummah. Do you thing you are utilizing this position as a means of getting hadia? Last thing, when i first went for 40 days in kakrail around 8-9 years ago i saw you was using a latest touch phone at that time, which people ever used at that time. Later on i found you maintaining the same fashion. now you are using iphone5, which is hadia, thats fine. but i am sure you got and used to get different kind of hadia other than phone but most probably sticking with the phone to use, which may indicate your inclination or fascination toward using latest smart phone. if it is the case then you are  , as holding the big position, making hard for us to get inspiration to lead a simple life. Indeed i would say, at this time we are very unfortunate.

These are the things are going on and on in my heart, I have just expressed my feeling, rest of the things are in the hand of Allah.
