Note. After paying the local fee for parking in the green zone, the car can only be parked in the green zone;
after paying the local fee for parking in the yellow zone, the car can be parked in the yellow and green zones; after paying the local fee for parking in the red zone, the car can be parked in the red, yellow and green zones; after paying the local fee for parking in the blue zone, the car can be parked in the blue, red, yellow and green zones.

Drivers use road signs and additional tables indicating the days of the week and the hours when the toll is collected when paying the local toll, so parking is paid on public holidays (if required by road signs).
The time when parking is paid shall be indicated on the road signs. On all days of the week, the toll is collected throughout the blue toll area from 08:00 to 24:00 and in the yellow zone on the following streets: Turgaus, Rinktinės, Geležinkelio, Sodų and the parti of Pylimo street by Halės Market, from 08:00 to 20:00. Your choice of Kosciuskos is very good, cheap and conveniently located. The one near Uzupis is a bigger one, also good to park. On Zveju street i meant the street parking by road side, not many spaces, but also convenient if you get one. Tourist bus parking areas are extended parking areas. There are paid or free. There are car parks that require special permits to park a tourist bus. The Entringo smart parking management system developed by Hansab, a leading provider of automation services and solutions, facilitates the day-to-day operations of the Business Garden Vilnius business park. Commissioned by a real estate developer Vastint Lithuania, the modern solution has been adapted and implemented using state-of-the-art technology.
A sound and thoughtful organisation of parking is an integral part of the image of a business centre. This time, Hansab was contacted by a customer with the need to automate the operations of its parking lot. The underground parking lot at Business Garden Vilnius is located within two building blocks with a total of 367 parking spaces.
To maintain the efficient use of the parking lot and the possibility of full control, each company is granted access to the Entringo system. With the help of the latter, it is extremely easy to administer the available parking spaces. A company employee can be assigned more than one car, and, by linking the employee certificate and mobile application, alternative methods of access to the parking lot can be used.
Two Business Garden Vilnius car parks are equipped with an entry and exit stations with an information terminal. The driver can see all relevant information upon entry: the number of the allocated parking space, a personal message (if added by the administrator), and, where relevant, the reason for failing to enter the parking lot.
The parking lot solution boasts extremely high quality. Modern information terminals with a 24" LCD colour display, high-speed and high-intensity Entringo access barriers as well as the latest Einar Gen2 number plate recognition cameras developed by the leading manufacturer Adaptive Recognition are placed at the entrance. A cutting-edge solution helps to avoid inaccurate number scanning and ensures an extremely fast access to the parking lot. The entire solution is combined with a highly reliable and functional Entringo software.

How is it performed? Each vehicle is captured by a purpose-made ANPR camera and its image is transferred to a local server where the character recognition software extracts the data. The data is transferred back to the system so it can link the parking time to the vehicle.
