Like on apt.postgresql.org, only the most recent versionof each package is contained./etc/apt/sources.list entry for the distribution archive:deb -archive.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt DIST-pgdg maindeb-src -archive.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt DIST-pgdg mainReplace DIST by the Debian/Ubuntu distribution in question, e.g.buster, stretch, focal, bionic, ...

This is not caused by a bad cert from postgresql.org. Rather the ISRG Root X1 cert in the Node container Central v1.2 uses has expired and so the container cannot securely connect to postgresql.org. Upgrading to Central v1.3 is the easiest and safest solution because the Node container we use in v1.3 has root certs that are not expired.

Does ESRI recommend acquiring supported postgres installation (for windows) for download from My Esri, instead of postgresql.org ? Is there any potential issue if the installation is acquired from postgresql.org especially when the version needed is not yet available from My Esri for example?
