Le Premier ministre Alexander a qualifié mercredi soir la crise du coronavirus de "marathon qui durera encore au moins jusqu'à l'été prochain" durant l'événement virtuel "Informele Top van Vlaanderen". "Les cinq premiers kilomètres, nous les avons parcourus au sprint et nous sommes dans le rouge", a-t-il illustré.
Sans surprise, la période difficile actuelle a notamment été abordée. Le Premier ministre De Croo a comparé la pandémie à un marathon qui durera certainement jusqu'à l'été prochain. "Nous avons parcouru les cinq premiers kilomètres du marathon au sprint et maintenant nous sommes dans le rouge. Nous parviendrons à faire baisser les chiffres mais nous devrons ensuite les maintenir à un niveau durable pendant une longue période. Les experts travaillent actuellement sur la manière de procéder."
