I'm also seeing this bug but it was happening before the update dropped as well. New one for me though is the player appears to be offline only when trying to invite them. If you try and accept that players invite "Host not found" error.
Indeed, regular invites work. PMs don't work, sometimes the game tells you the person does not exist, and clan invites don't work. This makes trading and recruiting for a clan almost entirely impossible.

And lets say its cause of they think it ruins early ladder climbing (how anyone can compete with streamers anyway). Thats the only valid argument I can find. Ok make it 1 week delay then let us choose the difficulty. Then the ones that compete is lvl99 a long time ago anyway.

Social responsibility in gambling has become a major issue for the gaming industry. The possibility for online gamblers to set voluntary time and money limits are a social responsibility practice that is now widespread among online gaming operators. In this paper, this issue is examined through data collected from a representative random sample of 100,000 players who gambled on the win2day gambling website. When opening an account at the win2day site, there is a mandatory requirement for all players to set time and cash-in limits (that cannot exceed 800 per week). During a 3-month period, all voluntary time and/or money limit setting behaviour by a subsample of online gamblers (n = 5,000) within this mandatory framework was tracked and recorded for subsequent data analysis. From the 5,000 gamblers, the 10 % most intense players (as measured by theoretical loss) were further investigated. Voluntary spending limits had the highest significant effect on subsequent monetary spending among casino and lottery gamblers. Monetary spending among poker players significantly decreased after setting a voluntary time limit. The highest significant decrease in playing duration was among poker players after setting a voluntary playing duration limit. The results of the study demonstrated that voluntary limit setting had a specific and significant effect on the studied gamblers. Therefore, voluntary limits appear to show an appropriate effect in the desired target group (i.e., the most gaming intense players).

The Magic Online Rewards Packs grants are cumulative, so someone could earn up to 6 Magic Online Rewards Packs by playing in 5 or more qualifying events and spending $40 USD or more in the Magic Online store.
The Magic Online Rewards Packs will be awarded within approximately 30 days of Sponsor's verification of the qualifying activity. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for Magic Online Rewards Packs is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
8. TAXES: The participants and their parents and legal guardians (if applicable) are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all the applicable tax laws and filing requirements.
9. CONDUCT: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Failure to comply with these Official Terms may result in disqualification from the Rewards Program. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Rewards Program if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Rewards Program by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other participants, viewers, or Sponsor. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds in its sole discretion to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Rewards Program or Sponsor's web site(s); (b) violating these Official Terms; or (c) violating the User Agreement or any other conditions of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any of Sponsor's property or services.
