Note: Consider building a GitHub App instead of an OAuth app. GitHub Apps use fine-grained permissions instead of scopes, which give you more control over what your app can do. For more information, see "Differences between GitHub Apps and OAuth apps" and "About creating GitHub Apps."
If your OAuth app doesn't have access to a browser, such as a CLI tool, then you don't need to specify a scope for users to authenticate to your app. For more information, see "Authorizing OAuth apps."
The scope attribute lists scopes attached to the token that were granted bythe user. Normally, these scopes will be identical to what you requested.However, users can edit their scopes, effectivelygranting your application less access than you originally requested. Also, userscan edit token scopes after the OAuth flow is completed.You should be aware of this possibility and adjust your application's behavioraccordingly.
When requesting multiple scopes, the token is saved with a normalized listof scopes, discarding those that are implicitly included by another requestedscope. For example, requesting user,gist,user:email will result in atoken with user and gist scopes only since the access granted withuser:email scope is included in the user scope.
Essentially, scope 1 are those direct emissions that are owned or controlled by a company, whereas scope 2 and 3 indirect emissions are a consequence of the activities of the company but occur from sources not owned or controlled by it.
However, for many organisations, scope 3 emissions account for by far the highest proportion of total emissions. Unfortunately these are also usually the hardest to reduce. Some of the actions a company can take to reduce these is to work with existing suppliers and their customers on solutions to reduce their emissions.
The Limited Scope Environmental Review Instructions provides guidance on how to complete a limited scope review, and the Limited Scope Environmental Review Format is the recommended format for completing limited scope environmental reviews when used in tandem with the Instructions. These documents were designed specifically for projects funded by the Continuum of Care (CoC) program.

You should have the owner or admin of the account enable certain permissions in your account for you to be able to see those scopes.
In August 2021, newly-elected State Superintendent for Public Instruction, Dr. Jill Underly, set forth a plan for the Department of Public Instruction to create a K-12 scope and sequence framework with student objectives, content, and resources for civics education. The work needed to be non-partisan in nature, teacher-friendly, and aligned to state standards.
The goal of these teaching and learning resources is to support excellence in civic literacy and civic engagement so all students can learn to become both engaged citizens and critical consumers of information. Through multiple grade level units of study, the scope and sequence promotes active involvement among students in the civil discourse of their communities, state, nation, and the world, and supports them in understanding and participating in the processes of government, including voting.
