This version became focused on maximizing the usability of the data
importer. Since importing data (esp from a spreadsheet) is so central
a step in getting up & running, I felt it merited all the attention.
I am pleased with this latest revision fo the FileDataImporter (except
that I am sure it has bugs). The latest enhancement was a bulk
properties loader.

I plan to remove from the central inqle server the ability to lookup
properties from UMBEL and related ontologies. The reason is that
there are scant few such properties available currently, and the new
bulk property declaration capability more than suffices for
facilitating rapid registration of new properties.
