Progress toward INQLE 0.1!

The INQLE Experimenter Agent now runs Learning Cycles! With no known
bugs on current data set.
This is great news as it means all the following are working.
Agents
LearningCycle (in automated execution mode)
Samplers
Datasets
RDF persisting
What is missing:
Running Learning Cycle manually
Viewing experiment results
unit testing of both the UI and much of the functionality [yes i did
it the old fashioned way, racing to the finish line - imagine that -
but need to get Science Officer Snyder on the tool]
numerous other 0.1 items
Need to figure out how to view stuff (e.g. experiment results) in
other view (like main pane)
also would like to view console output in the lower pane.
Good news overall though. 0.1 release is expected in a few months
