file data importer works with loading saved data mappings

Venki,
Per your suggestion, i added this feature. When you save a mapping
strategy (in the file data importer wizard), that strategy will be
available on future imports, which have identical headers. Works in
my testing but likely that something does not work. E.g. have not
tested importing with a static value for primary date.
Note that past saved mappings will not work, as i have changed the
structure of class TableMapping slightly.
What i did not implement is lookup of matching tablemappings from the
central inqle server. Do you think 2 different users/inqle servers
will import data with identical headers? I could support this but not
sure if it is work the load on central inqle server to be doing such
lookups.

Please advise of any bugs or suggested changes. Then I will make a
minor release.
