I have a setup where I use command lines to transition between hosts.  I use it as part of a home automation system I've created that involves an HDMI matrix.

What I would like to do is *never* allow screen edge transitions.  There is a context menu to disable edge transitions, and a hotkey can be set to do it as well-- however, it seems like any time my PCs restart, or Input Director is restarted, screen edge transitions are back on.  Is there a way to turn them off forever?

Hi,

On the "Global Preferences" tab, under the Cursor settings, there is an option "Remember screen-edge enable/disabled choice".

Regs,

Shane.

Thank you Shane.

I used to have KVMs with IR receivers that I controlled IR emitters programmatically to switch between hosts.  It was so convoluted and worked 80% of the time.  Input Director is a SO much better way to go for me.  Just did a small donation; thank you and well done.
