Cycle to next system doesn't work after signing in again to windows

After I'm AFK for some time (or just log out from windows using Win+L) the shortcut to cycle to the next system (Win+Ctrl+X for me) does not work. In order to fix this I need to transition my mouse at screen-edge (and hold CTRL) to the next system and from then on cycling the system works again (until the next log out from windows).

2 systems: main with 2 monitors (24" 1920x1080, 27" 2560x1440) and a secondary (15" 1920x1080)
