Install ID to other folder?

Hi,
ID 2.4. I created a folder at drive D:\App\_Installed\Input Director and followed the FAQ with below admin command:-
Input.Director.Setup.exe /D=D:\App\_Installed\Input Director
Input.Director.Setup.exe /D=D:\App\_Installed\Input Director
ID still insisted to install into C:\Program\Files
I have uninstalled and tried a few times. How to go about this?
Earlier i successfully installed ID v2.3 at custom folder.
