I have Windows 10 Enterprise PC's and having problems with the mouse cursor disappearing. When I open the Slave Configuration tab, Keep cursor visible when no mouse attached (Win10) is greyed out. any ideas? Thanks

Hi David,
Open the Windows Device Manager and have a look at the items under "Human Interface Devices". Is there an "Input Director Virtual Device" in the list? Is it enabled?
Regs,
Shane.

Hi David,
Try re-running the Input Director installer. If that doesn't work, send me an email.
