Hi,
This usually happens due for one or both of the following reasons:
1. There is a 3rd party firewall or security product running on one of the computers blocking Input director traffic. A VPN client can also be the culprit. If this is the case, rules need to added to allow Input Director traffic to flow.
2. The network configuration is setup such that Input Director is trying to communicate across the wrong network. This can be fixed by setting the preferred network in Input Director on both computers.
