Getting a lot of dropped connections

Hi, I'm getting a lot of dropped connections just now with no apparent reason. I only have one slave machine and both are on the same network. It will be fine then drop and take a long time to reconnect,. Sometimes it just wont connect at all. Has anyone had this? It only seems to have started happening in the last week. The only thing that has changed changed on my infrastrucutre or build is I changed my router about 3 months ago.
