Facing lag on only one system as slave. When using HP as slave I'm facing visible lag.

Few things I tried:
  • I tried tweaking with network data send frequency rate in input monitor up to lowest 20hz that didn't help either.
  • I also tried disabling virtual adapter on ACER laptop to see if might be interfering the communication between both PC.
  • Set network type to private for both PC's instead of public.
  • Disabled metered network connection.
  • Disabled background software too.
Devices info:
  • Hp ryzen 5 and Acer i5  CPU's and both are on windows 11.
  • Mouse is razer viper 8k.
  • Input director is the latest version 2.2.

Try these things:

1) Turn off the firewall on both computers.  If you are using a third party firewall disable it.
2) Make sure you have "turn off password protected sharing" checked.
3) Try them both wired to the network.  If they are wireless to the network they may be some issues.
4) Can you ping from one laptop to the other?
5) Make sure on laptop is the Host (master) and the other is the client (setup).

Good Luck,
Jim
