Cannot use ID before logging in

Hi
I have set "Run Inpt Director on Startup", when slave boots and goes into window password screen, ID is not running. I have to login before it works as a slave.
ID window service is install and set to run automatically
No error in window event logs
Windows 10

Hi,
Make sure that the "On start" option (found on the Global Preferences tab) is set to "Input Director is enabled".
