firewall port and or service name

Just wondering what port needs to be open to use input director.  Also is there a service that runs in the back ground for the clients/ manager?

Thank you but I did dig though the FAQ before emailing you. 3123 port and input director is the service. I found it digging in the application, which i did not have access to as I was remote. Just trying to be more prepared before I got on site.
