Mouse cant cross between systems for a few seconds

I have 5 station that are all exactly the same, each station has 3 PCs, and 5 monitors across the three PCs (2, 2 and 1).   For 5 years and multiple versions of ID one station has had this issue where the mouse cant move across PCs for a few seconds, then it clears itself up or a CTRL+ALT+DEL fixes it.   A few weeks ago we upgraded our PC that acts as the master control for ID at all 5 stations.   I was disappointed when this problem persisted.   I am currently running version 2.1.1 of ID.

Hi Craig,

There must be a difference in either the h/w or s/w running on the problematic station compared to the others, which is somehow conflicting with Input Director. Are all stations running the same software (what product?). Are there any networking or obvious h/w differences with this station?

Same software and hardware all the way around.   These are 5 dispatch workstations in a 911 dispatch center.   I would agree with you, I was thinking it was more hardware related or connection related until I saw it happen the other day as I was standing there.   It even cleared itself up after it happened.   For me that cancels out some sort of physical connection issue.   Also we are not having issues with any other software on any of the 3 PCs in that group.   I do have one more possible test to run.  I can swap the 3rd pc in the group with another one at one of the other stations.   Other than having to swap IP addresses there should not be any other required changes.
