Copy and paste issue for Input Director

I have 2 machines and both are Windows 7. I have trouble to do copy and paste in one machine to the others via Input Director. The other one is OK. Copy and paste function is ok in same machine.
Tried to re-install but no luck. Change the role (Master and Slave) still not working. Option is enabled in "Global Preferences" -> "Clipboard".
Does anyone know any setting change is required? Or solution for this?

Is copy & paste working one direction but not the other? What are you trying to copy?

Only simple text in notepad or word document. Only a few charter.
I have many users using this application have no issue. All of them can do copy and paste between 2 machines.
Only 1 user has this issue.
Input Director Version is 1.2 for both machines.

I'm also having strange issue with copy/paste of the text, it happened several times when I copy a text on one machine (slave or master it doesn't matter), it pastes fine on the same machine, but on other it either pastes previously copied text or nothing at all. What have to do to fix that is copy something else several times, before it correctly sync the clipboards.
