Hi! I have been trying to figure this out for a good while and came to the conclusion that it simply doesn't exist but can we have an option to make it so when Input Director is active, all connected systems (director and clients) don't automatically turn off the display after inactivity?

I know I can always just change the power settings manually every time I use Input Director but it would be preferable and way more convenient if it just has the option to "Keep screen awake when Input Director is active". Especially if some of the machines come and go like laptops.

I have tried enabling both the "Synchronize locking this system with the Director" and "Keep the system awake whilst Input Director active" on all machines involved including the director itself but that didn't seem to do the trick. Sure they stop the system from sleeping but the display still turns off and kicks me back to the PIN screen.

These systems are running Windows 10 if that matters

Hi John,

There is an option "Keep this system awake whilst Input Director is active" that can be enabled under the Security tab. This needs to be set on each computer running Input Director and will keep all computers awake when using the keyboard/mouse on the Director system.

Regs,

Shane.

Hi!

I did mention this option in my original post and how while it does prevent the computer from sleeping, it doesn't prevent the screen from timing out
