On the face of it, it looks like a firewall is blocking Input Director.
Couple of things to try:
1. Re-install Input Director on both systems (you won't lose your configuration, and it will re-instate its F/W rules as part of the installation process)
2. I can see from the screenshot that the preferred network interface is set. Double-check that this is still correct and make sure its set on both computers. It may also be worth clearing the preferred network interface on both systems just to see if that solves it.
3. Is there a 3rd party security product running on either/both computers? If so, that may be the culprit. See if it's producing any logs showing that Input Director network traffic is being blocked.
