Feature Request: Don't Transition Config

Hey guys!  

First, thanks to the dev(s) as this is the best software for this task and i appreciate what you do.

I enable the option "Don't transition from this director when a full-screen application is active" due to not wanting to do so during the occasional game - however - it frustratingly blocks transition when watching a video full screen.  I realize there are hotkeys available to configure it as well, but it would be great if able to allow/disallow transition depending on if specific processes were full screen.  

An example of the ideal setting would be to have current behavior "Don't transition from this director when a full-screen application is active" is enabled but if specific processes like "JellyfinMediaPlayer.exe" or "Plex.exe" were full screen (or even just running) to ignore that setting.
