missing vbjapp.jar file

I just installed Visibroker 4.5.1. I am trying to get a "'simple'
stock example" CORBA application from java.sun.com to run. The
instructions tell me to include the files vbjorb.jar and vbjapp.jar in
my classpath, but I don't have the vbjapp.jar file. The vbjorb.jar
file was acquired during the Visibroker installation as I assumed the
vbjapp.jar file would be. Should it have been? Where could I get the
vbjapp.jar file?
