SQL0502 / SQL0519 Locked AS/400-Tables after Commit

Our Delphi-Application is connected by ODBC with AS/400-DB 2. It uses
Transaction-Commit/Rollback. Since OS/400-Rel 4.4 PTF 00.147 Tables keep
locked after Commit/Rollback and next try to connect them or related
tables with SQL or BDETableObjects, SQL-Error 0502 („Cursor in Use“) or
0519 occurs.
Somebody has got an idea ?
