Hi Christian,

you have posted in the Borland newsgroup that deals specifically with Delphi
being used with the IBM AS/400 computer. You will get more readers and
advice in General Delphi newsgroup.

You should buy the Pro version, as the "standard" version has no database
connectivity... it should really be called the learners version. The Pro
version has most things that you are likely to need for a while.
