Failure in starting the Borland Enterprise Server in RedHat Linux 7.2

I am now trying to start the Borland Enterprise Server by the command
ias. However, after displaying the information of the server, it does
not display that it is started. However, I did the same task in
Windows 2000. It displays that "Server xxx started". How can I start
the server in Linux? Thanks!
