Appserver Shutdown

We have experienced an issue with both BAS4.51 and BES 5.0 running under
AppCenter where the appserver shutsdown when a user logs off the desktop (or
logsoff of terminal server sessions). Is there a fix for this issue in the
5.1 product? Is there some way to get around this?
