The problem is because of anydesk as what @gerry666uk says because their GPG key is obviously not supported by EL9 versions. In fact, their website only provides downloads for EL7 and EL8. Most likely they are using a legacy GPG key in sha1 or something. That problem is for them to resolve ensuring to use the appropriate GPG key that EL9 supports.

I am trying to install Anydesk in ubuntu mate 64 bit 20.04 LTS running in Raspberry Pi 4 4GB model and I am new to Linux operating system. I tried downloading Anydesk for linux and Raspberry Pi from the Anydesk website but when tried installing with package installer both ended up with an error saying wrong architecture. Can anyone please guide me how to install...

I finally figured out how to install Anydesk/Team Viewer in Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu Mate. All you need to do is just add other architecture like "armhf" or "i 386" both should work, well I had download the armhf.deb file so I add the armhf cross platform to the repository and updated it, then it is standard installation process just by clicking on the downloaded file and install it.

In order to add cross platform repository open terminal and I entered
" sudo dpkg --add-architecture armhf " for armhf and press enter
And for i386 type " sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386 " then press enter
After this you have to update the repository by typing
"sudo apt-get update" followed by
"sudo apt-get upgrade"
Then you can easily install any packages or software you wanted to which are supported.

If you install ubuntu-mate 64bit, I believe you need the arm64 package for anydesk. Unfortunately there are lots of software that do not support the architecture yet. You may have to use a different program for now.

Ok. Thanks for replying,
I was thinking if I download ubuntu supported 64bit i368 package and install after adding cross platform of i368 with "sudo dpkg --add-architecture i368" for the Anydesk " _5.5.6-1_amd64.deb "
Well I am not sure if it will work or not...

Actually why I wanted to install Anydesk is because it is simple to use and the Raspberry Pi is located 300 kilometres away in a small village from my location (Bangalore India). There my dad is using Raspberry Pi 4 4gb model running Ubuntu Mate 64bit 20.04lts as a desktop computer.
He is not much familiar with linux and I am supporting him over video call to do software installation. And all he got is a smartphone and Pi 4 at present COVID19 situation.
If anyone can suggest me any GUI based remote access application that can run on existing software it would be very helpful...
Thank you..

Hello all,
Finally today I got a remote access GUI application called "NoMachine" working on the pi. I installed on the Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB varient) running Ubuntu Mate 20.04, 64bit OS.
Installation is very simple by clicking on the downloaded ".Deb" file and install using standard package installer. I had download NoMachine for Raspberry Pi ARM V8 64 bit version.
Link is " =29&s=Raspberry "
Now I need to figure out how to use the software..

Finally I got TeamViewer working on Pi 4 running Ubuntu Mate 20.04.1 (64bit), it works great over internet with GUI.
Actually installing TeamViewer is very easy, just by downloading and install through package manager but it requires armhf architecture and can be added with "sudo dpkg --add-architecture armhf" initially also it may ask for libxtst6, which can be installed by "sudo apt-get install libxtst6:armhf".
Only thing is the TeamViewer software works as a host. I haven't yet figured out how to take remote access through Raspberry Pi.

Since is it impossible to bypass based on application, you would probably use a Custom URL category with a wildcard (*.anydesk.com), and apply it in a bypass rule. Unfortunately, this doesn't work (I'm not sure why, I think Anydesk uses IP addresses and not URLs)

And idea is If you want you can remove Anydesk from the "SSL Decryption Exclusion" and test decrypting it and presenting the users with the trusted certificate as a workaround (they will not see the self signed cert in this way) just check also if the SSL decryption profile allows self signed certficates.

The file was in rar format. The client told me to unzip it, so I did. The content was a PowerPoint application and an empty PDF version. I asked the client if I missed something, as there should be some sort of training materials included.

The client then asked if I have AnyDesk so he can help me open it. Instead of answering directly, I inquired about the contents of the file, so I could check if it's documents, videos, or PDFs for training, etc.

Hi, I got this same offer two days ago. Please keep yourself away from this they are scammers. You can check the client's history he must be having payment method verified but zero spending and reviews. If you successfully run that application your device will be hacked report that to upwork to yourself safe.

Hi , I've got the offer and I accepted that offer but after a chat with the client he suddenly insist me to download some anydesk software ? Now what will happen for the project , if he is fake , then he will give me a negative rating so how to find a solution ? please help me

Read the responses in this thread, especialy the one from Darryl B. There isn't any real job - the "client" is a scammer and the file is malware. Do not download it or apply for any "Facebook ads" projects. Report this person to Upwork by clicking on the three dots to the right of the client's message.

Another thing I would do is only work in a (VM)Virtual environment in case you install any miscellaneous programs that might backdoor a program/operating system, this way if your VM environment was corrupted by this file, you can delete the environment and run a backup.

I need to give support to multiple computers through Anydesk, and I can't do certain actions in kaspersky because it does requires confirmation, and somehow this blocks anydesk from doing anything remotely, I've already tried checkin the option Allow managing Kaspersky Small Office Security settings via remote control applications.

But it makes no effect at all, what can I do?.

Thanks in advance...

I did it already as I said in my post... but I already found the solution, for anydesk at least you'll have to allow this aswell in the application rules:

Then in the exclusions tab you'll have to set the permission to interact with KSOS

But in Web Filtering logs, it's full of hostname "AnyNet Relay" or URL "AnyNet Relay/" sometimes with non resolved IP or the classic boot-*.net.anydesk.com or relay-*.net.anydesk.com with Unrated Categorie.
