The question arises, though: what is the quick way? My first thought was to edit the save file. I found a couple fragments online suggesting that the save files might just be tractable binary files. Maybe I can find the stats in there, change them with a hex editor, and be done. But after looking through it, it seems that the save files are pretty complex (not like the character-import files between games, which is another animal!):

And indeed, when I check with a hexdump, I see what definitely looks like the character stats. Interestingly, the stat order is a little different from shown in the game, but the first few are all in order as shown in the left column on the character screen.

In addition to telling you how and when to unlock quest, this Technobubble Gaming guide will also include screenshots of where to find request targets as well as the locations of special quest givers.

This quest becomes available after first unlocking Requests at Club Cretaceous. Go to the East Shipping District (the dungeon where you fought R.S.) and you will see a Jack Frost near the entrance with a quest marker. He will ask you to get rid of 5 Tsuchigumo monsters, who his brother is apparently allergic to. Tsuchigumo can typically be found on the northern part of the map. This quest can be repeated every time you leave the dungeon and come back. This can also be done at the same time as the next two requests below.

This quest also becomes available after unlocking Club Cretaceous for the first time. Accept the request from Madam Ginko and you will see a man in a white suit standing outside the club. Head to the East Shipping District and walk east through a long, narrow alley and you will find a female summoner in the southeast corner. Try to give the letter to her then head back to Teruya.

Go to Karakucho and talk to the NPC near Club Cretaceous. Then talk to Chris at the East Shipping District and then go to Subway Line 14 and find Teruya. Return to Karakucho and then go to Axis to report to Flamma.

Talk to the Jack Frost again, this time at Ozaki Hope Towers. It will ask you to beat 5 Orobas. The monster is weak against Ice and Ruin, resists Fire, Lightning and Gun damage and is immune to Force.

Talk to Masayoshi and then talk to several NPCs at Shinsando and Karakucho. Then head to the 24th Ward Municipal Tower and interact with a Decarabia in the east section of the middle of the map and set the water flow upward to access the right path. Go through the path and get ready for a battle.

On 13 June, ethical hacking was on the agenda at several secondary schools in the Netherlands. Hackshield Academy launched their new online quest 'Ethical Hacking', jointly developed with DIVD Academy. Ethical hackers were present in the class and coached the youngsters through various digital safety challenges using the new curriculum. The aim was to increase online safety and awareness among young people and awaken their interest in the IT/cybersecurity field.

One of the participating secondary schools was OCN Parkdreef in Zoetermeer. The lesson started with a short introduction and discussion of learning objectives. Afterward, pupils were invited to walk through the online quest together. The aim is to make pupils aware of various online dangers while teaching them how to deal with them. Through various scenarios and a hacking task, students were introduced to the different aspects of hacking, such as a data breach, hacking in games, stealing data and recognising and modifying a source code. After playing out the quest, there was room for reflection and sharing experiences.

Interventions that specifically target young people are more important than ever. Indeed, a recent report by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the police revealed that half of all cybercrime suspects facing trial are 25 years old or younger. It is also the case that the step to cybercrime is increasingly easy. With this quest, we want to make young people more resilient against these threats and show them how to use their digital skills to positively contribute to the (digital) world.

Astrid Oosenbrug, co-founder of DVID Academy highlights: "There is a lot of enthusiasm and you notice that there is a gap between what is and what is not allowed. By playing and discussing the quest, students get a better understanding of this."

The lesson is aimed at the experiences of middle school students in the second or third grade of high school and lasts about 40-60 minutes. Would you like to play this quest at your or your child's school? Or would you need more information? Then contact Hackshield at in...@joinhackshield.nl.

HSD contributed to this initiative as part of the Verband Zuid-Holland programme by providing input on the content of the quest and liaising with secondary schools. This multi-year programme aims to reduce IT talent shortages for SMEs.

In Deltarune Chapter 2, players may come across a character named Hacker who will task them with finding three blue checkmarks scattered throughout the Cyber Field. If players do end up finding all three blue checkmarks in Deltarune Chapter 2, Hacker can reappear later on to help them locate the game's secret boss.

Once players have entered the Library's Dark World, the Cyber Field is the first main area they will encounter. Progress through the area as normal, and after another confrontation with the Queen players will enter an area with two robots with stereos for heads. Use the east exit, then take the first path upward on the next screen, which leads to Hacker. Speaking to him will begin his quest to find the three blue checkmarks (which look strangely similar to Twitter's blue checkmarks) located in the Cyber Field.

Looking for a quick video walkthrough on where to find all three blue checkmarks in Deltarune Chapter 2? Check out the YouTube guide from UITYGER below, which shows exactly where each checkmark is and how to find them!

Immediately after leaving Hacker's area to begin the search for Deltarune's blue checkmarks, players should continue south to return to the main path. They need to progress through one section of the bullet-dodging obstacles, then go south again before crossing the second. In the bottom right corner of this area, the first blue checkmark and a GlowWrist are waiting in a chest.

To find the other two checkmarks for Hacker in Deltarune Chapter 2, players should travel back up and cross the second bullet-dodging section. A forcefield blocks the immediate path north, so players will need to continue eastward to find the "AGREE 2 ALL" keyboard puzzle. After completing this, players should return to where the forcefield was previously and proceed along the path to an area with three teacup rides. Players must take the middle ride, making sure Kris hits every arrow on the way up. Deltarune's next blue checkmark can be found in a chest at the top of the ride.

To find the last blue checkmark in Deltarune Chapter 2's story, players should take the ride back down and board the teacup ride on the left. At the top is another typing puzzle where players will need to move Kris onto the letters corresponding to those on the screen. This one is a little trickier than the previous puzzles, but players should note that Kris can step off the keyboard and step back on without consequence. Completing this puzzle awards players the final blue checkmark.
