The Inventory app allows you to manage your collections (physical and/or virtual). Inventory stores bibliographic, holdings, and item data in the form of Instance, Holdings, and Item records. Instance records may be created within FOLIO or generated from records in source record storage (SRS). Data within Inventory integrates with other apps like Orders, Check in, Check out, and Requests.

Note: Adding a preceding title is optional, but if you click Add preceding title, you must enter a Title or delete the preceding title in order to save the instance record.

Note: Adding a succeeding title is optional, but if you click Add succeeding title, you must enter a Title or delete the succeeding title in order to save the instance record.

Note: Adding a contributor is optional, but if you click Add contributor, you must enter a Name and Name type or delete the contributor in order to save the instance record.

Note: Adding electronic access is optional, but if you click Add electronic access, you must enter a URI or delete the electronic access in order to save the instance.

Note: Adding a classification is optional, but if you click Add classification, you must enter a Classification identifier type and Classification or delete the classification in order to save the instance record.

Note: Adding a parent instance is optional, but if you click Add parent instance, you must enter Parent instances and Type of relation or delete the parent instance in order to save the instance record.

Note: Adding a child instance is optional, but if you click Add child instance, you must enter Child instance and Type of relation or delete the child instance in order to save the instance record.

You can use Fast Add to create an instance record with a limited set of information that is most likely to be needed. To see the complete list of information that can be added to the record, see Creating an instance record manually in FOLIO, Adding holdings to a record, and Adding an item to a record.

A new instance record is created along with an underlying SRS record. Only the editable Administrative Data elements in the instance can be edited directly in Inventory. These elements are entered as described in Administrative Data.

Note: Adding electronic access is optional, but if you click Add electronic access, you must enter a URI or delete the electronic access in order to save the holdings.

Note: Adding electronic access is optional, but if you click Add electronic access, you must enter a URI or delete the electronic access in order to save the instance..

When you search for a record in the Inventory App, the Search toggle is highlighted and then you can toggle between searching on an instance, holdings, or item level. Searching for an instance record supports bibliographic data searches. Searching for a holdings or item record allows you to search through instance record data along with holdings and item specific data elements.

To search, first select the record type (instance, holdings, or item) then enter your search terms into the box and click Search. Use the drop-down list to select what you want to search:

You can also search for instance, holdings, or item records by selecting any of the filters in the Search & filter pane. Additionally, you can apply the filters after you perform a search to limit your results. The filters available vary depending on whether you are searching for an instance, holdings, or item record. See the sections below for more information.

For example, a search filtered by multiple locations finds resources that match any of those locations. However, a search filtered by a location and a language finds resources in that location and in that language.

To search for instances, holdings, or items by whether or not they are suppressed from discovery, in the Search & filter pane, click Suppress from discovery and select one of the following:

The selected instance record and any underlying source data will be replaced by the re-imported record. The instance uuid and hrid as well as manually configurable Administrative Data such as suppression from discovery, instance status, cataloged date, and any statistical codes assigned will remain the same. Some configurations may be made locally to the import profile used for single record import. These changes are made in the settings for Data Import.

The system was designed by Robert Richard Torrens for the South Australian land title registry when he was appointed Registrar of the state in the 1850s. He based his system on the methods used to insure shipping by Lloyds of London, using a single register for each land holding and updating it with each new transaction.

The Torrens Title system is one of title by registration, meaning that registration is paramount. The greatest advantage of the system is that it is a single document guaranteed by the NSW Government.

The Torrens Title Register is kept by the Registrar General pursuant to section 31B of the Real Property Act 1900. Pursuant to Section 32 of the Act, the Registrar General records grants, folios and dealings with land.

This Register contains all original strata titles issued between 1961 and 1984 before they were converted to the Integrated Titling System. The majority of this bound register has since been cancelled by the Integrated Titling System.

This Register can be searched using a folio identifier, obtained from a reference number or a property description that is found on documents like council rates and valuation notices. If the folio identifier is not known, some searches can be initiated using a lot/plan number or a street address.

All documents related to land transactions in NSW are investigated for compliance with NSW LRS guidelines and legislative requirements. Once approved, dealings are registered or recorded in the Torrens Register and preserved as images, which may be viewed as A4-sized copies.

Plans affecting both Torrens Title and common law land are examined to ensure legal boundaries correspond with those in the NSW land cadastre. This process ensures existing interests are preserved from one generation of title to the next.

Until December 2018, there will be planned outages for some NSW LRS systems while we undertake essential works. Where possible these works have been scheduled over weekends to minimise disruption to our customers.

Property titles are maintained in the Land Titles Register under a volume/folio reference. Having this reference saves you time and money in searching the title. Your solicitor, real estate agent or vendor should be able to provide you with this reference. If you do not have the title volume/folio reference, there are several ways of finding the reference, some of which may incur additional search fees:

Office staff will search the Land Titles Office records on payment of the relevant fee. In order to assist the search, clients requesting assistance in person should provide any particulars known to them (ie. title reference, property identifier (PID), address, etc).

Land Titles Office staff cannot undertake historical searching.

NOTE: Where other documents (eg. schedule of easements or dealings) are required, copies may be purchased at an additional cost.

Copies supplied by the office are in black and white, hard copy and are A4 standard size.

If you know the volume/folio reference a search fee is payable per title at the time of the search will provide you with a copy of the folio text and folio plan.

If staff are required to search and provide the reference for you an additional hourly(or part) fee is payable. Lengthy searches are subject to staff availability and also will incur the hourly(or part) fee. See the Land Titles Office Fees webpage.

If you have any other information to identify the location of the properties you wish to search for, such as full street address, parcel identifier or Certificate of Title volume and folio number, then it is not necessary to complete the 100-point ID verification or attend our offices in person.

You will be able to use these details to purchase copies online of the individual Certificates of Title via our Land Enquiry Services (LES) site. The Certificate of Title will then enable you to view more details about a property, including the current ownership details.

The RePORT Expenditures and Results (RePORTER) module allows users to search a repository of NIH-funded research projects and access publications and patents resulting from NIH funding. Enter just about anything in the RePORTER Quick Search box above (text, PI names, project numbers, fiscal year, agency) or launch the Advanced Search to precisely configure searches using separate search fields.

Enter abstracts or other scientific text and Matchmaker will return lists of similar projects from RePORTER or program officials associated with those projects. These matches are based on the terms and concepts used in the submitted text. Matchmaker summarizes the projects by the program official, institute or center, review panel, and activity code.

Categorical Spending displays the annual support level for various research, condition, and disease categories based on grants, contracts, and other funding mechanisms used across the National Institutes of Health (NIH), as well as disease burden data. The NIH does not expressly budget by category. The annual estimates reflect amounts that change as a result of science, actual research projects funded, and the NIH budget.
