iNoki on multipul devices

Hey,

I have a dozen or so users moving from Nokia phones (few different
models) to new iPhones. And of course they want to take their data
with them....
Is it possible to purchase iNoki once in iTunes, and sync it to
multiple iPhones, to be able to import the file from Nokia PC Suite?

Or does iNoki need to be purchased for each device @ $20 a hit?
