Right now, the languae on all of my office applications is Hebrew, and I can't set it to English. In Options -> Language, my display language is set to match the Microsoft Windows language (which is English), but for some reason it doesn't match it. I also don't have an option of installing new display languages. My office version is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.

Hi DL, Yeah the huge one. I have the Hebrew office install it has only the he-il folders in it. I will try to create a MST file for that and install it on top of the English one, or maybe the other way around...?
Btw are you planning to switch to click to run in your org? I gave it serious thought but to clean all the msi will cause a lot of headaches to the helpdesk team ?
