I'm now working on Cordova project and use NetBeans + Chrome inspect for debugging. Running projects from NetBeans in android emulator(from SDK) you can easily connect with chrome://inspect. NetBeans is good for debugging native-side elements while Chrome inspect is pretty good in logging nested javascript objects.
Hi guys,
I need to debug my app on real device or emulator (bluestacks for example) because I integrated paypal feature and this is not testable using web browser. I need to see the console or network calls. How can I do it?
Source code can be found and is debuggable as well but there can be possibilities that we may be using any bundler like webpack or gulp which bundles our files. So we may be unable to find exact files in chrome inspect but we will surely find all our code there in some other file. For example in one of my projects I am using gulp which bundles all of my code to file app***********.js so my whole source code is present in this file and I debug this file if required.
Other option can be to debug via Vs Code editor.
Android Online Emulator is a chrome extension that will help you use android apps on pc without Bluestacks or an emulator. This chrome extension works just like an emulator, but it does not affect your computer's power or slow it down.
To open APK files on a PC without an emulator, you need to add the ARC Welder extension to your chrome browser. You can get this extension from here. After adding the extension, add APK files and click on 'Launch app'.
If you want to play your favorite Android games or run Android apps on Windows PC, you do not need to install an emulator. You can use MirrorTo screen-mirroring software, Android-x86 software, or chrome extension to enjoy Android on PC without using an emulator.
I think someone must have shut down the display/monitor connected to it by accident. It has a DVI input but dunno for sure what type of monitor is connected. Probably a cheap screen though since it's mostly used remotely. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I guess i'll stop trying to troubleshoot that remotely. I've reinstalled drivers, applications, installed chrome remote deskptop to try an other remote desktop application, same **bleep**. It's too frustrating, i'll wait a few hours until someone's physically in that room and turns the darn monitor on again. SMH.
Cheers.
