[InnovateCU] HackYourApp Hackathon on March 1st and Startups2Students Fest on March 3rd

InnovateCU proudly announce our 1st HackYourApp Hackathon on March 1st from 9:30 to 6PM and 6th Annual Startups2Students Fest on March 3rd in UMC Ballroom from 4 to 8pm. I include more information about the event below.
We are currently asking for sponsorship from other startups and companies in the Boulder and Denver area. However, we are proud of being a Computer Science Department Student Organization and we would like to include our logo on our flyers, posters and promote at our events.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our upcoming events. We would love to learn from your recommendation or inputs about those events.

Startups2Students is an event that brings together high-quality, self-motivated students and startups. Students everywhere want to get involved with startups and learn from entrepreneurs that are currently executing on their startup dreams. The goal is to foster relationships between professionals and students willing to get involved and add value to a vision. It’s open-ended, so students can get involved via internships, jobs, innovative projects and/or productive friendships encouraging mentorship opportunities. Whatever the case is, when you create an environment that facilitates relationships between high-impact oriented people and startups, anything is possible!

Do you have an idea for a great new App or Website? Want to gain experience in App or web development? Are you interested in Spark Boulder or InnovateCU?
On March 1st at 9:30am, InnovateCU is kicking off the first of two “HackYourApp” events! Students will pitch their ideas, form teams, and spend the day developing a brand new idea with the help of professional developers from around the Boulder/Denver area. To make things even more exciting, the event will be held at Spark,the new student oriented co-working space on the hill!
Teams that participate in the event on March 1st, will be eligible to attend the final round of HackYourApp on April 18th. In this final round, the teams with the most innovative app that have made the most progress will win a cash prize! Last year’s prizes were $1000, $500, and $200 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Come with your ideas and your friends for prizes, free food, and fun on Saturday, March 1st at 9:30am at Spark. This event is open to everyone! There is no restriction and limitation.
