Hi Caitlin! 

It is a great news! I would like to confirm that we will have Google App Engine workshop on Wednesday, November 6th from 5:30 to 8PM on campus. 

I am going to reserve a room for us know. Would you mind if you could help us design a poster?

Hi Danny! 

Sorry for the delay.  I just heard back from my colleague and he confirmed that Wednesday will work for him.  The event will be focused on Google App Engine.  

I realize now that I have to fly out of CO that same evening, so I think hosting the event at CU would be best since I won't be on the ground to lend a hand.  I will find another volunteer to play me that evening.   Do you think there might be a room available that evening? 

Please let me know and we can go from there.

I am actually double checking with the speaker to see if Wednesday will work for him.  Looks like I was reading the calendar wrong and he just might be free on Wednesday, 11/6.  Hang tight and I will let you know.

Unfortunately next Wednesday won't work for us as the speaker will be doing other events on campus. What if we hosted the event from 8-10pm? We are totally cool with that. Thoughts?

But please be aware that we have 2 or 3 late classes (Senior Project, Graphic and/or Database) on Tuesday from 5 to 7:30PM which can significantly reduce the number of participants. Hosting it at Google Boulder will work well but I am fine either way. 

Let me know what you are thinking. I think it is best for us to move it to Wednesday, November 6th.
