What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.rpmbuild -ba innotop.spec

This won't work if perl-ExtUtils-MakeMaker, perl-Test-Simple,
perl-Time-HiRes are not installed.

I attached a patch to have a spec files with requirements.

Managed to build rpm on centos 6 with:

BuildRequires: perl-Test-Simple, perl-Time-HiRes, perl-TermReadKey
