New issue 79 by todd.tri...@gmail.com: Remember InnoDB Lock Monitor syntax
for us
http://code.google.com/p/innotop/issues/detail?id=79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start innotop
2. Enter Locks Mode (L)
3. Press 'a'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Earlier versions of innotop automatically issued to the server the correct
SQL to create/drop the innodb_lock_monitor table when pressing a/o,
respectivelym in Locks Mode. Now it prompts for the exact SQL syntax to
issue to the server EVERY TIME, which is hard to remember. Can we type this
once into configuration and then be done with it?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

innotop 1.9.0 on RHEL6.0
