Avoid or reduce security warnings from Windows

Hi,

I have a custom made and Inno packaged app (win32)  which students download from an internal intranet server.  Both when downloading and installing (as admin) they are met with several warnings (depending on their default browser security settings)

and obstacles which confuse them. 

Does it exist a way to at least reduce the number of 'obstacles' to pass before having a 3rd party app installed in Windows?
