Assuming warning, there is no easy fix, or no installer would ever display any confirmation for the user. The way forward is to get enough installations done for MicroSoft to say "ok looks safe"...
My app is signed , both my EXE and the inno setup installation EXE file.Even so, the installation is getting blocked on some machines due the Smart App Controls. Looks like the problem is on the TMP file Inno Setup generates while installation.
