SetupWindowTitle should NOT force ExpandedAppName

Inno default behavior is to force ExpandedAppName when the user uses a Welcome Screen.

But I would like to use ExpandedAppVerName to the SetupWindowTitle , how can I do this?

There's no built-in option for that, but you can of course use
[Messages] to override the whole SetupWindowTitle message.
