Unknown identifier GetTickCount

I'm trying to Compile file which uses GetTickCount function
but it throws error with message - Identifier not found GetTickCount

I created a sample project to test it and throws the same error

I perused the list of support functions[1], but I don't see GetTickCount in there. (In other words: Just because there's a Win32 API function with a particular name does not automatically mean it will work in Inno Setup code.)

If you're really sure you want to call that function, you can import it[2]; e.g:

function GetTickCount(): DWORD; external 'GetTickCount<at>kernel32.dll stdcall';

(replace <at> with the @ character)
