You should be able to temporarily disabled Avast and then download. But I recommend getting rid of Avast and use Windows native anti malware.

Thanks for getting back to me. That worked.
As for using the Windows native antivirus software(Windows Defender) I will continue to use Avast. The main reason is that I was using Windows Defender after I upgraded to Windows 10 and got a Ransomware virus. I lost everything on the computer. I think the virus disabled the Windows Defender program and then encrypted all my files. I have used Avast on all my Windows 7 machines and never had a problem. I think that Windows Defender is more susceptible to hackers than Avast since it part of Windows 10.
