Link to web page from Inno Setup (not using ISSI)?

I've been using the ISSI add-in to display a link to a web page with additional instructions for my program. ISSI is no longer listed on the Inno Setup add-ins page and seems not to be supported.

With the new modern wizard interface, the ISSI url link appears in the wrong position in the window, and it seems to be time to find a replacement. The code here does the job:

But I wonder if there's a more direct way to do this that I haven't found. I'll be grateful for any further information.

Also, the code linked to in my first post doesn't seem to work at all with WizardStyle=modern...
