Access violation error in Innosetup 6.5.0

I just purchased the commercial version, installed 6.5.0 and entered the license key.
I still can compile my project using the GUI. 
Unfortunately, in command line mode it crashes with an access violation error.
Please help.

This problem is fixed in the 6.5.1 version I'm releasing tomorrow.

In the mean time you can use this build which is available already and is safe to use in production:
