missing files after installation

Hi all,

I created a setup using innosetup 6.2.1 on a fresh win10 installation, no antivirus (just Windows defnder, also tried when disabled) - but after the setup is finished, some(!) of the files from source directory are missing.

I checked the log-file:

Everything seems OK, but these files are missing in the destination folder:

combit.ListLabel.ConversionTools.x86.dll
DocumentFormat.OpenXml.dll
System.Data.SQLite.x86.dll
System.IO.FileSystem.Primitives.dll
System.IO.Packaging.dll

All these files are part of the redistribution files of Combit List&Label 27 SP4.

Other files with 4 Points in the name are copied successfully.

If I copy the files manually there is no problem.

Does anybody has an idea what might be the reason for this problem?
